OUR RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS


Quick and easy returns through our returns portal! Only U.S. customers can purchase return shipping labels, but the return portal is open to all customers.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

Most returns are refunded in cash, credited to the account you paid for. Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of your item being delivered to us. To receive your store credit faster, use the prepaid return label option in the returns portal below!

PLEASE NOTE: Please make sure to wrap each order individually. If multiple orders are returned in one return package, your return will take additional time to process. You will not be awarded points for any non-eligible items returned.


Is there anything else I should know about online return policies?

  • Items must not affect secondary sales, guarantee that the subject and accessories of the product are complete, with original tags attached and returned in the original packaging.
  • We are not responsible for any return packages that may be lost or stolen in transit. When sending your return back, please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip or a return invoice from the online returns portal clearly indicating the item(s) being returned. If it is not filled out correctly, your return may experience problems processing.
  • Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
  • We only accept products to be shipped back to our warehouse in California.
  • Based on credible concerns about potential fraud, we reserve the right to delay refunds until the item has actually been received.
