Most of our designs are in stock and ready to ship. Typically, items with Standard Shipping will arrive in 3-7 business days.

Our standard shipping rate is $39.99, depending on the order. Standard shipments are sent via small parcel carriers (FedEx) or via our freight partner, depending on size.

Looking to get your purchase delivered inside your home or business? We offer white glove shipping service on qualifying orders. In Home Delivery options will include placement in the location of your choice, assembly of products if chosen, and cleanup up of shipping materials and packaging.


What to expect for In Home Shipping?

Our team will coordinate with you ( the buyer ) and our shipping partners 2 - 5 business days in advance to find the best time frame for delivery. Delivery times are: Monday - Friday | 8am - 5pm. In Home Delivery lead times range from 2- 10 days after purchase.

What is Semiocthome's Return Policy?

At Semiocthome we stand behind our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied. Please keep the following in mind during the return process:

Returns must be received in original packaging and the product must be in the original condition.
The return must be made in 30 days of receipt or date of purchase, whichever is later.
Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 20% of the total purchase price.
Restocking fee is waived for items being exchanged within 10 days of receipt.
If the order value is over $500, the restocking fee reduces to 15%.
Returns will be refunded in the same form as the original payment was made.
Returns are not accepted outside of the United States.
Be sure to retain the original packing materials, receipt, and all merchandise tags for returns and exchanges.

Proof of purchase is required for exchanges, credits, or refunds on eligible items, plus amount of tax paid according to applicable state law. For your convenience, we will accept the following as proof of purchase. Please retain all original packaging from shipment. We do not accept returns if the item is not in its original packaging or you have had the item for more than 30 days.

Quick and easy returns through our returns portal! Only U.S. customers can purchase return shipping labels, but the return portal is open to all customers.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

Most returns are refunded in cash, credited to the account you paid for. Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of your item being delivered to us. To receive your store credit faster, use the prepaid return label option in the returns portal below!

PLEASE NOTE: Please make sure to wrap each order individually. If multiple orders are returned in one return package, your return will take additional time to process. You will not be awarded points for any non-eligible items returned.

Is there anything else I should know about online return policies?

• Items must not affect secondary sales, guarantee that the subject and accessories of the product are complete, with original tags attached and returned in the original packaging.
• We are not responsible for any return packages that may be lost or stolen in transit. When sending your return back, please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number.
• All returns must include an order packing slip or a return invoice from the online returns portal clearly indicating the item(s) being returned. If it is not filled out correctly, your return may experience problems processing.
• Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
• We only accept products to be shipped back to our warehouse in California.
• Based on credible concerns about potential fraud, we reserve the right to delay refunds until the item has actually been received.

Most of our products on sale are made of MDF, so you only need to use a rag to wipe them in daily use. If you can't clean it with a rag, you can add some industrial alcohol to wipe it!
